Health Personnel was founded in 2005 out of an informed research of the health and social care industry which identified a mismatch between the demand and supply of a quality value driven accommodation based support services against the emerging need for a value and socially driven market.

Who we serve

We provide accommodation based supported living services to vulnerable adults with Learning disabilities, Autism, Mental health and challenging behaviour with a homely service that enables them live their lives to the full and as near normal as possible, Just like everyone else within a community setting.

Our service focus- Learning Disabilities

We focus on delivering a Person Centred and Outcome Based support that promotes and develops independent living skills which enables the individual to maintain independence for as long as possible.

Our service focus- Mental Health Services

We aim to facilitate recovery, reablement and rehabilitation that will enable the individual regain and retain personal control and independence.
